How do connects work?+
Connects are only used to unlock contact details — unlocking one contact number consumes 10 connects. Sending interests, viewing profiles, and chatting are always free of connects.
What happens when my plan expires?+
Unused connects and plan benefits expire when the membership ends and your account returns to Free benefits. Contacts you have already unlocked and your existing chats stay with you forever.
Can I upgrade my plan at any time?+
Yes. Your unused connects carry over and are topped up to the new plan’s included connects, and the higher chat limit applies immediately after payment.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking from all major Indian banks, and popular wallets. All transactions are secured with 256-bit encryption.
When can I start chatting with someone?+
Chat opens after the other person accepts your interest. Starting or continuing a chat does not consume connects — each plan has its own chat limit for starting new conversations.
