Shipping and Exchange Policy

HimShaadi is an online matrimony service. All purchases — subscription plans, connect top-ups, and premium features — are digital products. No physical goods are shipped, and no shipping or delivery charges apply to any purchase on our platform.

• Plan activation is instant: premium features unlock on the website and mobile app immediately after a successful payment.
• Connect balances are credited to your account the moment the payment is confirmed by our payment gateway.
• A payment receipt is emailed to your registered address (sent by Razorpay) for every transaction.

Your subscription and connects are tied to your HimShaadi account (not a device), so they are available on any browser or on the HimShaadi Android app after signing in. There is nothing to download separately, and no delivery address is collected at checkout.

Because plans are digital subscriptions, “exchange” on HimShaadi means moving between plans:

• Upgradesapply immediately — unused connects carry over and are topped up to the new plan’s included balance.
• Switching at renewal — when your plan expires you may choose any other plan; no exchange fee applies.
• Refunds for changed or replaced plans follow the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

If your payment succeeds but premium features do not activate (rare — usually a network delay), log out and back in once. If the issue persists, contact us with the payment reference from your receipt and we will activate your plan manually or refund the transaction in full, per the refund policy.
